Lea Kalon’s remedy Summer’19

So far since about May I have been eating and drinking specific things to keep me hydrated in this South Georgia heat. Most of the time you’d be able to catch me enjoying a variety of items that are rich in water because i mean...........i like water but sometimes i need a spruce. Any ways below are the New things i have been consuming on a regular so far and my SKIN is Glowing and my body feels regulated most def. *DISCLAIMER.......I have been on a strict water diet since June 1st and i let my weekends become my cheat days so that’s when i consume sugar that last me to the next weekend* so its sorta a Mon-Friday water diet lol*  

Food:
  • Watermelon 
  • Dried cranberries ( they replace my candy need and are DELICIOUS)
  • Pistachios 
  • (Occasionally some sweets)
  • Oranges 
  • Lemons
  • Carrots
  • Salads
  • Sunday dinner (Soul food.......just not every Sunday)
  • Sandwiches/ wraps
  • Fast food occasionally

Drink:
  • Water ( with all types of things in it to make it taste good) *bottled water*
  • ICE ( gotta stop chewing it but the nugget kind) 
  • Cranberry juice
  • Grape juice 
  • Soda( only the clear kind because dark is a NO NO)
  • Some Lemonade
  • Sweet Tea ( even though my doctor said to slow up on the caffeine lol)
  • Icee 
  • Gatorade/ Powerade
  • Plain good ole Tap water.......... to flush out my system as usual if I OD on sugar from the weekends lol

In conclusion I  will be switching my diet to my school diet soon, since I  will be going back in a few weeks.
